1. How much meat?

Order by the pound of finished, cooked meat. A typical serving runs about ⅓ lb per person — figure ½ lb for bigger appetites or when the BBQ is the main event.

Not sure how much? Tell us how many folks you're feeding:

⅓ lb per person for standard servings, ½ lb for hearty. Split it between brisket and pork however you like below.
